Palm Royale Has Some Of The Best Fashion On TV
Set in the late 60s sunny Florida, Palm Royale is the show to watch this month. We’re watching not only for the dramedy entertainment to and the incredible cast for the show. We are here, for the vintage fashion magic from costumer designer Alix Friedberg on the characters exuding luxury from the most exclusive club in Palm Beach.

The Fabulous Norma
The Queen of Palm Beach has dazzled the screens with her fabulous outfits. This vibrant fur trim coat is stunning, and we need to find an addition just like for next winter to keep things interesting. The show has an air of maximalism in wardrobe, that is to be missed in today’s fashion scene celebrating the era’s love of colour, pattern and texture.
Another beautiful ensemble, Norma knows how to dress, balancing chic with style. The
matching headpiece, with cool toned jewellery is a beautiful combination to an effortless flair to styling, and rightly be crowned the Queen of Palm Beach.
The Debutante
Maxine, the main character embraces her bold fashion statements reflective of her character. This outfit is particularly striking as her choices reflect a louder statement in her experimental efforts to be fit into Palm Beach high society, wearing metallics and eye-catching looks compared to chic Norma.
IT Girl
Kaia Gerber’s character Mitzi sports quintessential outfits reminiscent of the 60s and 70s. The most fabulous manicurist, sporting a vibrant look inspired by Jennifer Coolidge in ‘Legally Blonde’ according to Alix Friedberg herself. The styles are reminiscent of a cool Chloé girl sporting chunky wedges and funky accessories, true to emerging trends of the 70s.
