Red Trend 2025: Is Red Taking Over For Summer?

This summer, red has conquered and claimed its place as one of the defining colour trends of the season, making bold appearances on both runways and sidewalks, being showcased in collections of high-end brands such as Valentino, Bottega Veneta, Louise Vuitton and many others.
This is a colour that was strictly considered a classic reserved for evening elegance or festive occasions, red has now been re-branded and became a powerful, everyday statement. Designers and fashion houses have embraced the colour’s energy and symbolism, showcasing it in a variety of textures and silhouettes, from refined garments on the runway in which designers have played with volume, silhouette and tailored garments to risk it more with bold accessories and monochrome sets. The colour red is so versatile that it allows itself commanding and romantic, making it a favourite choice for warm-weather styling.
