Burberry at The Claridge’s

At the heart of Mayfair, Claridge’s Hotel has collaborated with Burberry’s Chief Creative Officer, Daniel Lee, to design this year’s Christmas tree, following previous partnerships with Sir Paul Smith, Dior and Louis Vuitton.
“Being invited to design the hotel’s annual Christmas tree is a huge honour. I saw it as an opportunity to celebrate tradition and togetherness – expressing the season through vibrant colours and rich textures, ” says Lee.
The traditional 16ft tree is adorned with vibrant bows, symbolising unity, crafted from surplus Burberry fabric. Wild foliage and thistle – a nod to Scotland’s national flower and the Highlands – are woven throughout, while gold chess pieces and oversized cushions inspired by Burberry’s Equestrian Knight Design create a playful, welcoming atmosphere. The colour palette and draw inspiration from the UK’s diverse landscapes.
“We look forward to seeing guests and visitors immerse themselves in the creative world of Burberry,” adds Claridge’s Managing Director, Thomas Kochs.
The Claridge’s Christmas tree will remain in the hotel lobby until Sunday 4 January 2026.

Lulu Guinness at The Goring

The Goring Hotel in Belgravia enlisted British accessories designer Lulu Guinness for a festive collaboration that brings her playful and witty aesthetic to life. Working with Makerie Studio, which hand-crafted each decoration using only paper and card, Guinness created two Christmas trees: London Calling and In Bloom.
As guests enter the reception, London Calling is dressed in a winding scarlet ribbon, glowing miniature postboxes and phone boxes, and Lulu’s iconic red lips. Around the corner, In Bloom features pink, yellow and burgundy hues, complete with floral baskets and The Goring’s beloved sheep nestled beneath the branches.
“Lulu Guinness makes beautifully mad, very British accoutrements. It’s been a delight to partner up with her to create something very, very festive and also fun. I am sure this year the tree will (literally) bring a smile to the faces of our guests,” says the Managing Director, Jeremy Goring.

Annie’s Ibiza at The Maine

Bringing party-ready glamour to Mayfair this Christmas, The Maine has partnered with fashion brand Annie’s Ibiza to create a vibrant festive installation. Designed with celebration in mind, the Christmas tree reflects the brand’s signature aesthetic through intricate embroidery, repurposed textiles, glass beadwork, silks and bold accents of gold and ruby red.
Each ornament mirrors Annie’s embellished designs, including miniature versions of the Joan of Arc, Phoenix and Ruby Moonshine dresses, alongside two special exclusive hand-beaded
Christmas pieces. The result is a sparkling, sustainable display that perfectly captures the celebratory spirit shared by both brands.

Susan Fang at The Londoner

The Crystal Dream Christmas Tree at the Londoner offers a whimsical blend of art, technology, and festive fantasy. Designed by Chinese-Canadian designer Susan Fang, the installation reimagines the traditional Christmas tree as futuristic, jewellery-like sculpture.
Replacing the classic evergreen, the tree is constructed from layers of transparent bubbles, iridescent spheres, floating pink glass-like blooms, and delicate 3D-printed flowers – a nod to Fang’s signature runway creations.
“I thought about how important this moment is for families, especially children, and all the dreams they project onto a tree. I wanted to create a surreal treat that brings a sense of hope,” says Fang.
By combining transparent decorative balls inspired by blown bubbles with glowing pink lights, Fang creates a dreamlike scene that feels both magical and modern.

The Macallan at The Ned

Located at 27 Poultry, The Ned has partnered with whiskey brand The Macallan, and luxury floral design atelier Gradirosa for its first-ever Christmas tree collaboration – and the hotel’s first since opening in 2017.
“We’re thrilled to welcome The Macallan to The Ned this Christmas,” says Group Managing Director Gareth Banner. “This collaboration celebrates our shared commitment to craftsmanship, storytelling, and timeless elegance.”
Standing proudly in the grand banking hall, the tree reflects The Macallan’s heritage and Speyside spirit. Signature reds are woven through oak and copper accents inspired by the brand’s whisky casks and copper stills, alongside velvet bows, berries, acorns and foliage referencing Scotland’s natural landscape.
“We’re excited to partner with The Ned to create a truly memorable festive season,” adds Sergio Cabello, Head of The Macallan UK. The tree will be on display until 29 December.

Ian Turnock at 45 Park Lane

The annual Artist’s Tree returns to 45 Park Lane this Christmas, with British sculptor Ian Turnock taking the lead. Reimagining the Christmas tree through an artistic lens, Turnock draws inspiration from natural patterns and silhouettes to create intricate sculptural forms.
The 2025 Artist’s Tree explores themes of renewal and seasonal transition. Crafted from contrasting metal finishes, the three installations cast dynamic patterns of light and shadow, evoking the stillness of winter and the interplay between darkness and radiance.

Charles Jeffrey at the One Hundred Shoreditch

One Hundred Shoreditch Hotel has teamed up with Scottish fashion designer Charles Jeffrey to unveil this year’s Christmas tree: the 100 Highland Tree. More art installation than traditional tree, the piece is rebellious, untamed and full of character.
Described as “escaped, half-alive and feral,” the tree sprawls through the lobby constructed from stacked brown paper boxes with eyes and tentacle-like green branches. In Jeffrey’s words, the tree “didn’t make it – it broke free on the way and found its way to One Hundred, Shoreditch, still boxed, still half-alive, still wild.”
Embracing the naughty, the nice and everything in between, the installation offers a bold, irreverent take on festive tradition.
