“Sea moss can be effective for morning routine by boosting one’s energy and it may also help with someone’s night routine. However, it is not advisable to take it with an empty stomach as it may cause discomfort.

Essential oils can be effective for morning routines because they are helpful for health concerns. It can be also treated as a dietary supplement to allow the body receive the nutrients it needs instead of
fat. There are different oils that can help such as peppermint oil. It is a powerful tool to protect the body against toxins and can also help in digestion. Peppermint oil when taken correctly will help in weight loss. Peppermint oil is taken during the morning only because during night time will make a person struggle with sleep.

Fulvic acid is also a good morning routine supplement but it is advisable to take it as you eat because it helps digest food that are inorganic and detoxifies the body from pesticides and chemicals. When
taking it at the beginning take Fulvic acid the body will experience a mild detoxification process and flush it out. There will also be loose bowels and soreness.”
