Zendaya Joined by Co-Stars Josh O’Connor and Mike Faist at UK Premiere of CHALLENGERS
Zendaya, Mike Faist and Josh O’Connor joined Director Luca Guadagnino at the UK premiere of CHALLENGERS at London’s Odeon Luxe Leicester Square yesterday evening. Alongside was writer Justin Kuritzkes, producers Amy Pascal and Rachel O’Connor and costume designer Jonathan Anderson. Special guests whp attended the celebration of the release included Russell Tovey, Munroe Bergdorf, Nathaniel Curtis, Mabel, Charli Howard, Rina Lipa and Mia Regan amongst many others.
“Challengers” stars Zendaya as Tashi Duncan, a former tennis prodigy-turned-coach and a force of nature who makes no apologies for her game on and off the court. She is married to a champion on a losing streak (Mike Faist), Tashi’s strategy for her husband’s redemption takes a surprising turn when he must face off against the washed-up Patrick (Josh O’Connor)—his former best friend and Tashi’s former boyfriend. As their pasts and presents collide, and tensions run high, Tashi must ask herself, what will it cost to win?
